INFORMATION AND USE

ABOHN is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

By visiting the ABOHN Site and providing information to ABOHN via email or other forms of communication, you are accepting and consent to the practices and provisions of our Privacy Policy.

  • Affiliated business partnerswith whom we jointly create and offer a product or service such as exhibitors, sponsors and advertisers, who may receive your information for their own use. We are not responsible for the use or misuse of your information by our affiliated partners.
  • For legal purposes if we reasonably believe that release of information is necessary to: 1) comply with legal requirements or legal process; 2) protect or defend our rights or property; or 3) protect other users of the site or the public.

The ABOHN credential holders list is sold periodically to other organizations who wish to send information regarding various educational courses, publications or other products or services that are presumed to be of interest to occupational health nurse practitioners. ABOHN carefully screens all such requests to ensure that these offerings are appropriate and in good taste.
