Guidelines for Credential Verification
To verify an ABOHN credential holder, we must receive:
(1) A letter on company letterhead requesting verification which includes the credential holders name and the ABOHN certification number.
(2) A release form signed by the credential holder giving ABOHN permission to release the information to the company.
(3) A $25.00 fee paid either via check or credit card.
You may send the information to us in one of the three ways listed below:
a.) Make checks payable to ABOHN and mail to:ABOHN
