This handbook is designed to give you all the information needed for Recertification. There are two ways you may complete your application.
1. Online: Log in to the website. The log in box is on the home page. You must send your back-up documentation; RN license (mandatory), job description (mandatory), and copies of CE's (only if audited).
2. By Hand: Download the handbook, complete the form found in the back and mail the completed application along with the required document copies to the ABOHN office.
Your back-up documentation can be received by:
